Situated in Gove, on Bremer Island, Banubanu Wilderness Retreat offers Eco-friendly accommodation surrounded by tropical gardens. Guests enjoy a private beach area, a bar and a restaurant, which provides all included meals. Banubanu Retreat is run on solar and wind power, and uses rain water tanks. Located on the northeastern corner of Arnhem Land, this area hosts a rich history, and guests will be treated to tales of the indigenous Australian traditional owners. A variety of activities can be enjoyed onsite, including 4WD touring, crabbing and snorkelling. The surrounding region offers scenic walks, fishing spots and areas home to native wildlife, bird life and turtles. The beachside accommodation options include private rooms and tents. All accommodation offers composting toilets and cold-water showers.
