All prices shown are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

Your visa/mastercard will be processed for the accommodation cost at time of booking.

Please do not exceed maximum guest numbers listed for each accommodation building or booking may be cancelled without refund.

COVID-19 SITUATION BOOKING TERMS
We understand that the uncertainties relating to COVID-19 risk management, including restrictions on travel may impact on your travel plans and would like to offer clients who have booked directly with us more flexibility at this time:
- No booking change fee or cancellation fee will apply in the case of a "lockdown" or state border restrictions preventing clients from travelling but we do ask that you give us as much notice as possible.
- For new bookings for stays until the end of December 2022, we have introduced more flexible booking terms, including waiving any booking change/cancellation fees made 45+ days prior to arrival, and reducing the booking change/cancellation fee to $88 per per building per night if 7 days - 45 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of 50% of total booking cost (rather than 100%) will apply to bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.
- If guests are unwell or have any concerns about travelling closer to the date, we ask that they contact us as soon as possible to discuss their booking.

STANDARD BOOKING TERMS
Bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to booking commencement date but will result in an $88 administration fee per building per night.
Booking changes are unable to be made less than 2 weeks before the booking start date.
Cancellations within 2-14 days of commencement incur a cancellation charge of 50% of total payment, while bookings cancelled within 2 days of arrival are non-refundable.

"HERITAGE CLARE" PACKAGE BOOKING TERMS
Given uncertainties associated with COVID-19 restrictions, bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to booking commencement date at no charge. Booking changes are unable to be made less than 2 weeks before the booking start date and will result in a $88 fee if 7+ days prior to arrival, or 50% of total booking cost if less than 7 days prior to booking commencement date. Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged at full booking cost. Revelation Tasting at Kilikanoon Wines is subject to availability. $50 voucher to be used at Sevenhill Hotel is valid for stay dates only and no change will be given.
