Booking Terms

BOOKING CONDITIONS 1. Check in time is from 2pm. Checkout time is 10am or before. (Door codes automatically change after 10am on day of departure, and will subsequently not allow entry after this time) 2. Your booking will be processed within 24 hours and is only confirmed once you have received your receipt. The receipt will be sent to you if your details are correct and full payment has been received by us. It is the responsibility of the Registered Guest to bring the receipt and door access code with them for proof of entry. 4. A door access code will be sent to the Registered Guest along with their cottage name and number and a site plan showing the location of the Registered Guests cottage and car park, all within 48 hours of their check-in time, allowing the Registered Guests check in to be totally private and no need to see a reception desk. 13. Extra Guests. Marysville Garden Cottages have been designed to cater for couples or the solo traveller. If a couple would like to have one extra person share their cottage, (see cottage check list for availability), this can be arranged at a fee but you must notify us at the time of booking. If you exceed the maximum allowable guests per room, then we, at our discretion may charge you for any additional guests found to have been at the property during your booking at $100 per person, per day. The Registered Guest is responsible for any of the other people in their booked cottage. 15. Cancellation Policy. Cancelling a booking within 7 days of your due arrival date will incur the cost of the first nights tariff or 50% of your total booking per cottage, whichever is greater. Cancelling a booking more that 7 days prior to the due arrival date will incur a $100 fee (unless an alternative date can be arranged within the following 2 months, which we will do our best to accommodate you). Failure to arrive at the cottages will surrender 100% of your booking cost.
