Booking TermsCANCELLATION POLICY - WE UNDERSTAND CIRCUMSTANCES CAN CHANGE BUT IN
THE EVENT THAT A RESERVATION IS CANCELLED, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO
CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE. Cancellations notified more than 60 days prior
to arrival will be entitled to a full refund less $100.00
Administration fee. Cancellations
notified less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies
paid unless the property is re-booked. If the property is re-booked
with 6 months of original booking, the deposit may be used for a future
booking less administration fee. Any changes to a booking, will be
charged at full booking rate unless 30 days notice is given prior to
arrival. Travel Insurance is recommended for all bookings to provide
adequate protection against cancellation of travel. Thank you.
