Booking Terms

All reservations are subject to availabilty at the time the booking is made. All quotes are valid for 48hrs. Verbal quotes are estimate only, subject to written advice when comfirmed.All accommodation booked will be guaranteed at the time reservation requires Valid Credit Card validation, payment is also accepted by direct deposit. By providing a valid credit card you warrant that you have given authority for us to use this.Cancellations: In the case of a cancellation or no show, penalties are as detailed below;Cancellations due to Covid restrictionsDuring Covid times processing of deposits via Credit Cards have been relaxed however, credit card details are still required and will be taken for security. Cancellations must be received in writing for Management to review.Standard Cancellations out of Covid timesCancellations received within 30 days prior to the arrival date, can be cancelled free of fee.Cancellations received after the 30 day window prior to arrival date, will be charged at the full rate, unless a Covid lockdown has been declared in South Australia and or the State in which you live.As you will be travelling to Kangaroo Island via Ferry (Sea) or by Air, should these services be cancelled due to bad weather conditions or any other valid reason, forward booking options will be offered.  Management will review cancellation reasons pending a decision.All reservations will be confirmed by email if requested.
