We will always try to minimize the cost of any variation to a booking however some fees may apply:
Where a Booking is cancelled due to COVID and border restrictions Guests may elect to have a refund, credit voucher or reschedule.
Bookings cancelled and refunded for any reason will be charged any bank fees incurred by Harrison House for credit card processing. Please note direct payments made via EFT do not incur any bank fees.
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 7 days prior to arrival
Bookings rescheduled may result in a different room rate depending on the season of the original booking in comparison to the rescheduled booking
Bookings cancelled less than 7 days in advance of arrival, or a No Show will not be eligible for a refund. In exceptional circumstances please contact us direct to discuss options.
