Booking Terms

Thanks for booking our sourdough experience, we'd like to share some of our terms and conditions:
1. Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
2. We require each guest to register their details through our Class Sheet on arrival.
3. Where lunch is included, any food allergies are required to be sent to us by email 7 days prior to the experience.
4. If you need to reschedule a booking, please do this by emailing at least 7 days before the date of your experience and you will be given the opportunity to reschedule to a new date for this experience . We are sorry that we will be unable to refund or reschedule an experience with less than 7 days’ notice. If you were late and therefore unable to join your experience, there is no refund available.
4. If you have purchased a gift voucher, please be advised that the voucher validity does not expire.
5. There is no refund on an experience voucher.
