Booking Terms

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a change of dates cannot be negotiated the following cancellation policy applies:  - due to arrive more than 30 days prior to holiday periods - 30% of total amount;- more than 30 days prior to arrival for all non-holiday periods no charge; - between 29 to 7 days prior to arrival - 80% total cost of booking;  - less than 7 days prior to arrival - 100% total cost of booking during;- less than 24 Hours prior to arrival or on day of arrival - 100% of booking value. Reduction of days during visit - 100% total cost.PLEASE NOTE IN THE CASE OF EMERGENCIES AND COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS YOUR HOST IS HAPPY TO DISCUSS A SEPARATE CANCELLATION ARRANGEMENT.
