Booking Terms

Payment in full is required to secure the booking. Payment constitutes acceptance of Trentham Lake Villa’s Terms and Conditions. If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the booked arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% applies. If cancelled less than 30 days prior to the booked arrival date, an 80% cancellation fee applies. There will be no refund of fees if cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the booked arrival date. No fees apply for re-bookings made more than 14 days prior to the original booking date. A re-booking fee of 20% will apply for re-bookings made less than 14 days prior to the original booked arrival date. Guests are strongly advised to take out appropriate holiday cancellation insurance.
