Booking Terms

APPLY TO YOUR BOOKING. To book now, choose the room(s) or private group size you want and date(s) to stay. Pay by credit card. Use the secure online payment facility. Immediate confirmation of your stay will be emailed to you, listing all details.
CANCELLATION POLICY: PRIVATE GROUP bookings of lodge incur $50 nonrefundable admin/cancellation fee immediately a booking is made. Cancellation 90-31 days before date of arrival incurs total $500 admin fee. Cancellation within 30 days of your listed date of arrival, 100% of booking cost/prepayments are non-refundable. Private groups also required to prepay a minimum $500 damage bond - additonal to booking total cost. Damage bond is refunded after your departure once staff clean and check the lodge. INDIVIDUAL ROOM booking cancellations made more than 72hrs prior to listed arrival date incur 30% administration fee of total booking cost. Cancellations made within 72hrs of listed arrival date incur 100% cancellation fee.
Guests should purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. If Bilpin Country Lodge is unable to provide accommodation as booked or must cancel your booking, alternative accommodation in the local area of equal/superior grade will be provided or a full refund will be provided.


Important note RE: COVID-19. Travel restrictions due to COVID may not be covered by travel insurance. If you are unable to stay due solely to mandatory NSW Government travel restrictions and/or lock-downs, we will assist you by rescheduling your booking to another date within maximum 2 years of date you're initially booked in to stay. Any rescheduled dates are always subject to availability & some dates may be excluded. Alternatively if you choose to cancel your stay citing COVID but where no NSW govt restriction applies, then standard cancellation conditions listed above apply.
