Conditions of Use

SMOKING. - Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms, if a person has smoked inside a room, the registered guest is responsible to pay for the defumigation costs. CHILDREN or PETS. - Sorry, but Marysville Garden Cottages do not cater for children under the age of 16 or pets of any kind. EXTRA LINEN. - If separate sleeping arrangements are required via the use of a daybed or sofa bed, (see cottage check list for availability), this can be arranged at a $30 fee but we must be notified at the time of booking. EXTRA GUESTS. - Marysville Garden Cottages have been designed to cater for couples or the solo traveller. If a couple would like to have one extra adult person share their cottage, (see cottage check list for availability), this can be arranged at a $50 fee but you must notify us at the time of booking. If you exceed the maximum allowable guests per room, then we, at our discretion may charge you for any additional guests found to have been at the property during your booking at $100 per person, per day. The Registered Guest is responsible for any of the other people in their booked cottage. ROOM SERVICE - The rooms will not be serviced during your stay. Should you require an extra service during your stay this can be arranged for an extra fee.
