Conditions of Use

A 50% deposit is required within 7 days to secure the booking, with the balance due 7 days prior to arrival.

All sheds are private and out of bounds.

No smoking on the property.

Pets are not permitted.

2 night minimum stay, 3 night minimum stay on public holidays.

Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the house is not left in a satisfactory condition.

Guests are responsible for the loss of or damage to any fittings, fixtures or item in the house.
