Conditions of Use

I agree that I am personally liable for payment of the account & agree that any additional charges for services not billed at time of departure, may be added to my account including additional cleaning.I understand that a pre-authorisation will be taken from my credit card supplied for the full amount of the accomodation of my stay.  I understand that this authorization may be used to cover my accomodation and any incidentals that may accur during my stay.Check out time is 10 am on the date of departure. I agree departure after this time may incur additional room charges.I agree to pay the Marion Bay Motel for any loss or damage to the room or equipment during the period of use.No pets allowed in the rooms or premises.No smoking allowed in the rooms.I agree that any monies or other valuables: goods or vehicles that belong to me, brought in or onto the rooms, grounds or carpark remain my responsibility.I acknowledge that the marion bay Motel has a 'No Party Policy' & that any undue disturbance to other guests will incur a charge.Noise restrictions apply after midnight.  All unregisted guests are required to vacate the room prior to midnight, unless arrangements are otherwise made with Motel Management.Any refusal to comply with marion bay Motel House Rules may result in eviction.Signature...................................Date...........................
