No petsNo smoking inside homestead No glass within pool area No parties or functions and No more than 14 pax on homestead property, fees will apply if we discover this occurs On departure: Please leave The George at Yering clean and tidy on your departure. We prepare the house lovingly and to a high standard, so please show consideration and leave The George the way you found it. Dishes must be cleaned, dried and put away. Rubbish bins are to be emptied into the bins provided outside. Used towels are to be left on the floor of the bathrooms or in the bath if possible. If this is not done and the house is left in a poor condition, you will be charged an excess cleaning fee of $250. Guests will be charged for any repairs or replacements required because of damage to the property during their stay. This includes any damages or breakages to any part of the property not caused by general wear and tear, scratched floors due to moving furniture around, if smoking has occurred inside the building, soiled linen etc. You will be charged accordingly.
