Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a 30% administration fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.
"No show" will incur a cancellation fee of 100%.

All accommodation is non-smoking.
Pets are not permitted.
Number of guests is not to exceed maximum number allowed for the property.
